Relax, Breathe, Concentrate, Meditate

Join for a monthly Yoga Nidra where we meet relaxation on the physical, mental and spiritual levels. This will set the stage for a deep dive into Pranayamas (breathing exercises), and further more into stilling the mind into concentration. From this point, we can meditate together as a group. This class will be balancing and harmonizing to the movement of every day life by becoming established in inner peacefulness and sanctuary. Whether you have experience in the path of Yoga, or none at all, gift yourself this present. Pre-registration is required. Email practice@riverhouseyoga.com.
