Stress and Resiliency with Julie Macadam

Are you stressed? If you live in this world, the answer is likely yes. Join us for a class that will address stress and its effects on the nervous system, body, and spirit; the potential instigators of stress; and allies we can partner with skillfully. Together we will explore mindful awareness practices, breathing exercises, and different herbs as supports for the too-common strains and pains of being human. The class will include a power point presentation.

Cost: Sliding Scale $25-$40 to attend, checks can be made out directly to Julie Macadam.
