A lunch time "express" class that allows you to get a full workout in half the time. Yoga grit is designed using traditional yoga poses incorporated with HIIT (high intensity interval training). It increases flexibility, increases muscle tone, and core strength, increases stamina, aids in weight reduction....plus its FUN! Yoga Grit is a class for ANY fitness level. This is a 6 week series class starting March 30th-May 4th. Drop-in's are welcome.
