Come with your partner, friend, spouse or family member! This workshop will explore ways to support a partner and be supported, as well as partner poses that work on both bodies at the same time to facilitate stability and promote flexibility. We will start with a gentle warm-up, move through a fun partner yoga sequence and then learn simple massage techniques to set each other up for a rejuvenating final relaxation. This will be a fun and lighthearted exploration, all levels welcome. Space is limited, please pre-register by 2/10 $30 per couple.
