Spring Restorative Yoga with Lindsay

Take the time to slow down and de-stress!  Support your body with props to allow for deep relaxation.  In this class we will start with a gentle warm-up and then move into a supported restorative sequence of postures including forward bends, twists, back bends and inversions.
