Are you kind? A Meditation Workshop with Julie Macadam

When did you last feel into your heart? Offered it sincere well wishes? Come together and do just that! The practice of Metta meditation, or Loving-kindness, is one where we befriend and take a gentle stance towards the totality of ourselves. It welcomes our pain, sadness, joy, and fears; all treated equally. In this class you will gain a teachings on Metta, guided instruction, a chance to practice within a group setting, and opportunity for question and answers.
