An opportunity to meet and attend to a deeper practice of mindfulness and aspects of the Yoga practice. The class will move through exploration of: Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) to ground the body, mind, and spirit; some simple and accessible postures to prepare the body for sitting; teachings on various breathing exercises and meditations and a chance to experience such. There will beat least 20 minutes of seated meditations, if not longer, and some time for class discussion. Come just as you are; no previous experience is needed or expected. Everybody is welcome.
